Signature Massages

Thai Massage

Thai massage works differently to a standard relaxation treatment. The therapist moves your body — lifting, rotating, applying targeted pressure along the muscle lines and joints — rather than simply working the surface. The effect is cumulative: by the end of a session, tissue that arrived locked has been worked through systematically, and the range of motion that was restricted at the start simply isn’t any more. The techniques draw on acupressure and assisted stretching. The pressure is calibrated to what the body actually needs — not uniform, not gentle by default, but responsive.

Coconut Oil Massage

The same long-press technique as the relaxing oil massage, with cold-pressed coconut oil as the medium. The oil provides exceptional glide for extended, connected strokes while penetrating the skin and remaining active for hours after the session ends. A practical choice for skin that has been dried by sun, salt water or air conditioning — the treatment addresses muscular tension and skin condition simultaneously. The scent is the real thing.

Foot Massage / Reflexology

This is targeted work, not a surface treatment. The therapist applies firm, systematic pressure to specific points across the soles, arches and toes — accessing deeper layers of tissue using knuckles and traditional tools rather than gliding over the skin. The lower legs carry significant accumulated tension after a day of walking; the treatment works through those areas deliberately. The principle is that releasing the feet releases the rest of the body — and guests who arrive with tired legs consistently feel the effect travel upward through the session.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

The full posterior chain from the lumbar spine to the base of the skull. The therapist works through the surface muscles and into the deeper layers responsible for most chronic stiffness and referred tension. The treatment dismantles the locked areas between the shoulder blades, the base of the skull, and down the spine — deliberately and in sequence. You walk out with the heavy, restricted feeling in the upper body replaced by an immediate, easy range of motion.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is targeted recovery work, not a passive experience. The therapist reads how the body is moving and focuses on the specific areas that are restricted or overloaded — using deep pressure, friction and assisted stretching to get into the tissue layers that accumulate fatigue and don’t release with rest alone. The goal is a functional change: less restriction in the areas that were limiting movement when you came in. Suited to anyone training hard or carrying chronic tension in a specific area that never quite resolves.

Vitamin Massage

A full-body oil treatment using vitamin E-enriched oil — compounds selected for antioxidant content, skin repair and deep hydration, applied with technique that works the oil into the tissue rather than leaving it on the surface. The result addresses both the muscular and dermatological effects of prolonged sun and heat exposure: muscles worked, circulation improved, skin absorbing what extended UV exposure depletes.

Aloe Vera Massage

A full-body oil massage using aloe vera as the medium — cooling and anti-inflammatory, suited to skin that has been in sustained sun exposure or salt water. The technique mirrors the relaxing oil massage: long, connected strokes with pressure calibrated to the body’s response. The aloe absorbs cleanly, reduces reactive skin inflammation, and continues working after the session ends. A practical choice for anyone spending significant time outdoors.

Arm & Shoulder Massage

Focused on the shoulder girdle, the neck and the forearm muscles — the areas that take disproportionate load from prolonged phone use, laptop work, and carrying bags. The therapist works the specific structures involved rather than treating the area broadly. For people who spend long hours at a desk, this often produces more immediate relief than a full-body treatment because the load is concentrated and the treatment follows it.

Relaxing Oil Massage

Long, uninterrupted strokes across the full length of the body — the kind of connected, rhythmic pressure that works on the nervous system as much as the muscle. The therapist uses the oil’s glide to link tension across regions rather than treating areas in isolation, drawing accumulated stress from the lower back through the shoulders in a single continuous motion. The result is a systemic release rather than a localised one. The pressure remains responsive — not automatically light because oil is involved, but calibrated to what the body presents.

How long should I book?

One hour is the standard session for many guests. But for a thorough full-body treatment with time to work through each area properly, two – three hours is more appropriate. No pressure in either direction — book what suits you.

How many massages can I have per week?

Deep tissue work — sports massage, strong Thai massage — benefits from 48 hours between sessions to let the tissue respond properly. For lighter treatments like relaxing oil massage or foot massage, daily is fine. Several regular guests book every day during their stay, alternating between deep and lighter work.
